Engagement

Four ways to
work with us.

Most engagements start with a free consultation and a written scope. What happens after that depends on whether you need something built, someone to build it with, or someone to keep it running. We will tell you honestly which one fits — including when the answer is a smaller piece of work than you came in for.

01

Model A

Fixed-Scope Project

A defined build with a clear end — a website, an app, a portal.

typical duration
4–16 weeks, depending on scope

What you get

  • Written scope and timeline before work starts
  • A fixed team for the duration
  • A working demo every two weeks
  • Handover documentation and training
  • Three months of post-launch support included
  • Intellectual property transfers to you on final payment
02

Model B

Dedicated Engineering Team

Ongoing product development, or extending a team you already have.

typical duration
Ongoing, three-month minimum

What you get

  • Named engineers, not a resource pool
  • Your process, your tools, your standups
  • Engineering manager and architect oversight included
  • Scale up or down with notice
  • Monthly billing
  • Direct line to the people writing the code
03

Model C

Retainer & Support

Systems already in production that need to stay up.

typical duration
3 to 24 months

What you get

  • Monitoring and alerting around the clock
  • Security patching on a schedule
  • Performance optimisation
  • Tested backups, not just configured ones
  • Guaranteed response times
  • Bug fixes and small enhancements included
04

Model D

Advisory & Consulting

Deciding what to build, or working out what is wrong with what exists.

typical duration
2–6 weeks

What you get

  • Architecture review
  • Technology stack assessment
  • Digital transformation roadmap
  • An implementation plan you can take to any vendor
  • Written deliverables you own outright

Pricing

Why we do not publish prices

A government portal and a startup MVP are the same word — "website" — and wildly different pieces of work. Publishing a number would either overprice the small job or underprice the large one, and you would find out which at the worst possible moment. We would rather understand what you actually need first. The consultation is free and you are under no obligation.
