The content here is provided for information. We take care to keep it accurate, and figures quoted in case studies reflect outcomes measured at the time of delivery. They are not a guarantee of the same result on a different project.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a quotation. Work begins only under a written scope agreed by both parties, which sets out deliverables, timeline, payment terms and acceptance criteria.

On fixed-scope projects, intellectual property in the work we deliver transfers to the client on final payment — source code, documentation and infrastructure configuration. Pre-existing tools and libraries we bring to a project remain ours, licensed to you for use in the delivered system.

The content, design and code of this website remain the property of TOLTEM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED.

Client data remains the client’s property at all times. We process it only as needed to deliver the agreed work, and never for any other purpose.

To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability arising from a delivered project is governed by the agreement for that project.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
