TOLTEM was founded in 2016 in Akure and has stayed there. That matters more than it sounds: the constraints we design for — intermittent connectivity, USSD as a first-class channel, CBN and NDPR requirements, users with a wide range of digital confidence — are the ones we live with.
Most of our work now comes from clients we have already worked with, or from people they sent to us.
