TOLTEM INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is a technology company registered in Nigeria, with its office at Ondo State Revenue House, Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. For any question about this policy or your data, contact info@toltemtech.com.ng.

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, and message you provide, and optionally your phone number, organisation, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget range, and how you heard about us.

When you book a consultation, the booking is handled by Cal.com and is subject to their privacy policy. We receive the details you enter there.

If analytics are enabled, we collect aggregate usage data — pages viewed, approximate region, device type. This is never linked to an individual.

We do not collect payment details on this website, and we never ask for passwords, bank details or government identification through it.

To reply to your enquiry, and to understand what you need well enough to reply usefully. The budget field exists only to help us suggest an appropriate shape of engagement — it is never published and never shared.

To understand which parts of the site are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use enquiry data to build marketing lists, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.

Enquiries are retained while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you return. If you ask us to delete an enquiry, we will do so and confirm.

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to info@toltemtech.com.ng and we will respond within 30 days.

Data submitted through this site is transmitted over HTTPS. Enquiry data is delivered to our email inbox and is not stored in a database on this website. Access to it is limited to the people who need it to answer you.

This site uses Cal.com for consultation booking, Resend for delivering contact form messages, and Vercel for hosting. Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. Google Maps is used for the office map where configured.

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use existing data will be communicated directly where we hold contact details.
